At Petzii.io, we offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Here's a brief overview:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Condition for Returns: Products must be returned in new/unused condition unless received damaged, defective, or materially different from the order description.Custom items are not subjected for return.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may applies.
• Return Process: Contact us within 7 days to initiate a return. We will provide an RMA number, which must accompany the returned item within 3 days of issuance.
• Shipping Costs: Original and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not issue prepaid return labels.
• Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Refunds do not include the original shipping cost if the order is returned.
• Packaging: All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact and sent shipping charges prepaid with tracking information, insured by the customer.
• Shipping Damage: Inspect all deliveries upon receipt. If you do not report shipping damage within 7 days of receipt, we cannot offer a refund.
• Shortage in Quantity: Report any shortage within one business day of receipt. Failure to do so may result in an inability to refund or ship the short-received quantity.
